We are presently not able to accommodate same- or next-day urgent care visits for new clientsIf you have not been to one of our hospitals before and have a sick pet that needs immediate attention, please reach out to a local urgent care center.

Our client service representatives will reach out to you within one business day of submitting your form to assist with scheduling. We collect a $75 deposit for all new client appointments, which will cover your pet's first doctor exam. We need to receive the deposit within 72 hours of scheduling this exam to fully reserve your appointment. This fee is refundable if for any reason you cancel the appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. If your pet enrolls in a wellness plan, the deposit can be used towards their care plan.
